Does it need to be plugged in while in use?
No — it runs on its built-in rechargeable battery, giving you 8 to 10 hours of use on a full charge. You only need to plug in the included USB cable when recharging it.
How do I adjust the brightness?
Touch the lamp once to turn it on or off. Hold your finger on the touch point to dim or brighten the light gradually — there are no fixed steps, so you can land on exactly the level you want.
Can I replace the bulb if it fails?
The LED is integrated into the lamp and is not user-replaceable. The 5W LED is designed for long-term use as a built-in component.
How many colour options are available?
There are ten finishes to choose from: White, Grey, Black, Green, Blue, Wine Red, Yellow, Red, Pink, and Cerise. Select your preferred colour when adding to your basket.
What does 3000K mean in practice?
3000K is a warm white tone — closer to the gentle warmth of a traditional filament bulb than to cool or daylight white. It tends to feel relaxed and flattering in living spaces and bedrooms.
What if it arrives damaged, or I change my mind?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and we will arrange the return and cover the postage. If you simply change your mind, you have 30 days; the return postage is yours and the item goes back to our address in the Netherlands.
