Return window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.

Eligibility

Items must satisfy these conditions to qualify:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In their original packaging
  • With all original tags and accessories included

Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to start a return

  1. Email us — Send an email to returns@maison.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Get confirmation — We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and address.
  3. Ship it back — Pack the item securely and ship it back. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Receive your refund — Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a further 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different sizes, colours, or variants of the same item. Contact us at returns@maison.com with your order number and what you would like instead.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@maison.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a resolution immediately — no need to wait.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as orders are processed quickly. Please email hello@maison.com immediately if you need to cancel.

Non-returnable items

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items showing signs of use or damage not present on delivery
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
