These Terms of Service govern your use of kazamu.com and all purchases made through it. The store is operated by DMS Ventures (trading as Kazamu). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Introduction
Our store is operated by DMS Ventures, registered in the Netherlands (KvK 42038305, VAT NL005447816B28), with its registered address at Rivierenlaan 87, 1442 PC Purmerend, Netherlands. These terms apply to all visitors and customers. Please read them carefully.
2. Products and Availability
We sell home decor and lighting products. We make every effort to display product colours and descriptions accurately, though your screen settings may affect how colours appear. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct descriptions and pricing errors at any time.
3. Pricing and VAT
All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include any applicable taxes. As a company based in the Netherlands selling to the UK, we comply with applicable cross-border VAT rules. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
4. Orders and Acceptance
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. A contract is formed only once we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability — and will issue a full refund if we do.
5. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards and digital wallets, processed securely through Shopify Payments. Full payment is taken at the time of purchase. See our Payment Policy for accepted methods and security details.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Your rights regarding returns, exchanges and refunds are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Consumer Rights (UK & EU)
As a consumer you are protected by the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and by equivalent EU consumer law. This includes the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods (the cooling-off period), and to receive goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos, product descriptions and design — is the property of DMS Ventures or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or use of any content without our prior written permission is prohibited.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to introduce malicious code, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the site.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DMS Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Dutch courts. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a UK or EU consumer under applicable consumer law, including the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
