Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Free shipping applies to UK orders over £50.
Right to cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Returns & refunds
We offer a 30-day return window. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
