How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days. Express options may be available at checkout depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over €75 / £75 / $95. Orders below this threshold are subject to a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries across Europe, the UK, and the US. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes can only be made within 1 hour of placing. Please email hello@maison.com immediately if you need to amend or cancel.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. To start a return, email returns@maison.com with your order number.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. It may take an additional 5–10 days for the amount to appear in your account depending on your bank.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please email hello@maison.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
Products
Are the product colours accurate?
We do our best to represent colours accurately, but slight variations can occur due to screen calibration. If you're unsure about a colour, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Do you restock sold-out products?
We restock popular items regularly. Sign up to our newsletter or use the "Notify me" button on the product page to be alerted when an item is back in stock.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (buy now, pay later).
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments with SSL encryption. We never store your full card details.
