Questions
What's the difference between Models A, B and C?
The silhouette is the main distinction. Model A has a rounder, more dome-like profile (Ø 18 cm × H 24 cm). Models B and C are slightly more upright with a scalloped, flared lower edge — B is a touch wider at Ø 19 cm × H 25 cm, and C is the tallest at Ø 18 cm × H 26 cm. The decorative detailing and colour are the same across all three.
Can I hang this on a sloped or vaulted ceiling?
Yes — the pendant is suitable for sloped ceilings up to 30°, so it works well in rooms with a pitch or under a loft eave.
How do I set the hanging height?
The twisted cord is adjustable up to 150 cm, so you can position the shade at exactly the right height — lower over a dining table for intimacy, higher in an open hallway. The excess cord can be managed at the ceiling rose.
What if it arrives damaged, or I change my mind?
You have 30 days to return it. If it arrives damaged or faulty, we pay the return postage. For a change of mind, the return postage is yours and the item goes back to our address in the Netherlands.
