Questions
How long does the battery last and how do I charge it?
A full charge takes approximately 5 hours via a standard USB cable (5 V 2 A). On a full charge the lamp runs for up to 10–12 hours — enough for a full evening's use. Runtime varies depending on the brightness level you choose.
Can I adjust the brightness, or is it just on/off?
Yes. The touch-sensitive switch on the base controls both power and brightness, so you can set the level to suit the moment.
Which finish should I choose?
The lifestyle photos show all four finishes lit in the same conditions — Gold is warm and sculptural, Matt Black is graphic and pairs well with dark or monochrome schemes, White blends into lighter interiors, and Brown adds an earthy, tonal warmth. If you're unsure, the product photos are shot without additional colour grading so the tones are true to life.
How does it charge — is a plug included?
The lamp charges over USB at 5 V 2 A. A USB wall adapter is not included, so use any standard phone charger.
Is it suitable for outdoor use?
The lamp is designed for indoor use. It is not rated for outdoor or wet environments, so we recommend keeping it on interior surfaces only.
What if it arrives damaged, or I change my mind?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and we will arrange the return and cover the postage. If you simply change your mind, you have 30 days; the return postage is yours and the item goes back to our address in the Netherlands.
