The design
Quiet Presence
The Pebble Wall Light sits flush against the wall like a found stone, its irregular oval silhouette far warmer than a standard disc. As the first photo shows, three finishes — matt black, matt white, and brushed brass — each carry the same organic outline but read entirely differently in a room. Black recedes and dramatises; white dissolves into pale walls; brass glows like a small sun.
Light, Not Glare
The LED source is hidden behind the disc so all you see is soft arcs of warm light fanning upward and downward — never a bare bulb, never a harsh point. The bedroom shots show exactly how this works in practice: a gentle wash above the disc climbs the wall while a lower beam falls onto a bedside table at the ideal reading height. Do I need an electrician to install this?
No. The Pebble Wall Light plugs directly into any standard UK mains socket. The cable runs down the wall to the plug, with an inline on/off switch for easy daily use. The second photo shows exactly how it looks installed — tidy, and entirely renter-friendly.
How is it actually fixed to the wall?
The disc mounts to the wall via a small fixing plate included in the box. The cable then drops to your nearest socket. No chasing cables into plaster, no junction boxes — just a couple of screws and a rawlplug.
Which finish should I choose?
Matt Black suits darker, more dramatic palettes and looks striking against grey or charcoal walls (see the third photo). Matt White disappears beautifully into pale or neutral rooms (fourth photo). Brushed Brass adds warmth to natural-material interiors — timber, linen, stone — and its hairline texture catches the light in its own right (fifth photo). What colour temperature is the light, and can it be dimmed?
The integrated LED runs at a warm white 2700–3500 K — the same flattering tone as a traditional filament bulb, never clinical or cool. The light level is fixed (not dimmable via the inline switch), but the warm temperature means it feels soft and gentle even at full output.
