A bulb is included — you will not need to purchase one separately before hanging the light.
Can I dim this pendant with my existing dimmer switch?
No — this pendant is not dimmable. It is designed for use on a standard non-dimmed circuit.
Will the cord reach if I have high ceilings?
The cord is 150 cm long (supplier-stated). For very high ceilings you may wish to consult an electrician about an extension, but for most residential rooms this length allows comfortable adjustment of hanging height.
What fitting does the bulb use, and what voltage does it need?
The pendant uses a G10 base and runs on AC mains power at 90–260 V, so it is compatible with standard UK mains supply.
Can I hang two or three of these together at different heights?
Yes — the dining-room lifestyle photo shows two pendants hung at staggered heights from separate ceiling points, which is a popular approach over a table or kitchen island.
What if it arrives damaged, or I change my mind?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and we will arrange the return and cover the postage. If you simply change your mind, you have 30 days; the return postage is yours and the item goes back to our address in the Netherlands.
