A round glass globe has a quiet way of making a room feel considered without demanding attention. Light passes through the white glass evenly, softening the space around it and casting a calm, steady glow over whatever sits below.
The shade
Soft light through spherical white glass
The globe's rounded form disperses light in every direction, avoiding harsh pools or shadows. Because the glass is white rather than clear, the bulb itself disappears, leaving only a warm, diffused brightness that suits most rooms throughout the day.
In the home
Small enough to use in a row
At 10 cm it is a small light rather than a centrepiece. One works over a worktop or in a stairwell; two or three in a row suit a table better than a single globe would.
Works well in dining rooms, kitchen islands, home offices and reading corners.
Questions
Which size is this?
