Questions
Does it need hardwiring or a plug socket nearby?
Neither. The light has a built-in rechargeable battery that you top up via the included USB cable — much like a phone. Once charged you hang it wherever you like, completely wire-free.
Is the light bulb or LED included, or do I need to buy one separately?
The LED light source is built in and included. Nothing extra to buy — it is ready to use straight from the box.
What is included in the box?
The picture light, USB charging cable, remote control, and wall-mounting hardware (screws and plugs) are all shown in the product photos and included as standard.
Can I use it in a bathroom or damp area?
This light is specified for indoor use only. The supplier listing does not state any IP rating or water-resistance level, so we recommend keeping it away from bathrooms, kitchens, or any damp environment.
How do I choose the right length?
As a general guide, a picture light looks best when it spans roughly half to two-thirds the width of the artwork beneath it. Lengths of 33 cm, 35 cm and 40 cm are available.
What if it arrives damaged, or I change my mind?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and we will arrange the return and cover the postage. If you simply change your mind, you have 30 days; the return postage is yours and the item goes back to our address in the Netherlands.
