A soft oval shell with an off-centre opening, mounted flat to the ceiling. The light washes over the ceiling and down the walls, so the room brightens without a fitting hanging into it.
The shape
An opening set off-centre
The opening sits to one side of the oval, so the glow is stronger on that side and softer on the other. Turned before fixing, that decides where the room gets its light.
The colours
Quiet white, warm red
White keeps a living room ceiling calm and pale. The muted red warms a bedroom or a reading corner, especially in the evening with the light on.

No. It mounts flat against the ceiling, so it suits rooms where a hanging pendant would come too low.
